We are proud to be a steward-owned organization. Our founder, Edith, has donated all voting shares to ‘Stichting Local Happinez’ and all economic shares to the ‘Stichting Local Happinez Foundation’. At its core, Local Happinez is owned by the world. Our mission is secured in the Stichting and every net profit we generate in the future will flow back to planet and society.
Steward ownership is gaining traction among Dutch companies, and we’re proud to have been one of the pioneers in the Netherlands to adopt it.
